I’m Nicole, the heart and hands behind Nica Bakes.

Born and raised in Brazil, I moved to Australia almost a decade ago with little English and big dreams. I started out as a housekeeper, but my passion for pastry guided me to study, qualify, and gain years of experience as a chef.

For me, cakes are more than just desserts — they are edible art: beautiful to see, delicious to eat, and part of unforgettable memories.

At Nica Bakes, I want every customer to feel that their cake was made with love. Whether you choose one of my signature designs or request something custom, every cake is created as if it were for myself or someone dear to me.
