What is the minimum notice for custom cake orders?
Custom cake orders require a minimum of 4 days notice.
If you need your cake sooner, please get in touch with us directly, depending on our schedule, some cakes may be fitted in earlier.
Can I send a reference photo for my cake?
Yes! We encourage you to send as many details and references as possible (photos, colors, themes, decorations). The more references we receive, the better we can understand your vision.
Please note: we recreate the concept while keeping each cake unique and authentic.
Will the cakes all look the same?
No. Because our cakes are individually handcrafted, each one has its own charm.
Small variations in color, texture, or decoration are part of the artisanal
process and that’s exactly what makes your cake special.
How does payment work?
Yes, all payments must be made in advance. Your order is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.
What about Standard Cakes?
For Standard Cakes (pre-designed menu cakes), the timelines are shorter: delivery or pick-up happens within 24 hours.
Timelines depend on the cake chosen and our daily availability.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver to most Brisbane suburbs, between 11 AM and 1 PM from Wednesday to Sunday
Delivery is on request and has an additional fee (from $15), which will be confirmed when quoting or booking.
Please note that delivery is subject to our schedule and may already be fully booked for your chosen date,ok?
Also, It is essential that someone is available to receive the cake and place it in the fridge upon delivery. For food safety reasons, cakes cannot be left unattended at the door.
How should I transport my cake if I pick it up myself?
Please transport your cake carefully:
- Place it in the car boot (trunk) or on the floor of the front passenger seat (never on the seat itself or lap !!! ).
- Drive carefully, avoiding sudden stops and sharp turns.
- Keep the air conditioning on if possible.
- Once home, store the cake in the fridge.
Remove from the fridge at least 1 hour before cutting, so it reaches the ideal texture.
What is your cancellation policy?
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is:
- 30 days prior to pickup/delivery → 85% refund*
- 15 days prior to pickup/delivery → 50% refund*
- 7 days or less prior to pickup/delivery → non-refundable*
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cakes?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan options :(
Can I make changes to my order after it’s confirmed?
- Standard
Cakes: cannot be modified, as they are fixed menu designs. - Custom
Orders: can be modified up to 7 days before pickup/delivery.
Please note: changes may incur additional costs, since different decorations require specific materials and extra preparation
time.
