Absolutely! All components (jams, compotes, curds, brigadeiro and buttercream) are handmade in my kitchen using real ingredients. Nothing is pre-made or industrial.

Custom cake orders require a minimum of 4 days notice.

If you need your cake sooner, please get in touch with us directly, depending on our schedule, some cakes may be fitted in earlier.

For Standard Cakes (pre-designed menu cakes), the timelines are shorter: only 24 hours.

Yes! I encourage you to send as many details and references as possible (photos, colors, themes, decorations).

The more references I receive, the better I can understand your vision.

No. Because my cakes are individually handcrafted, each one has its own charm.

Small variations in color, texture, or decoration are part of the artisanal process and that’s exactly what makes your cake special.

Yes, we deliver to most Brisbane suburbs.

Delivery is on request and subject to an additional fee, which will be confirmed at checkout or quoting.

Our cancellation policy is:

• 30 days prior to pickup/delivery → 85% refund*
  
• 15 days prior to pickup/delivery → 50% refund*
  
• 7 days or less prior to pickup/delivery → non-refundable*
  

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan options.

Please transport your cake carefully:

• Place it in the car boot (trunk) or on the floor of the front passenger seat (never on the seat itself).
  
• Drive carefully, avoiding sudden stops and sharp turns.
  
• Keep the air conditioning on if possible.
  
• Once home, store the cake in the fridge.
  
• Remove from the fridge at least 1 hour before cutting, so it reaches the ideal texture.
  

Standard Cakes: cannot be modified, as they are fixed menu designs.

Custom Orders: can be modified up to 7 days before pickup/delivery.

Please note: changes may incur additional costs, since different decorations require specific materials and extra preparation time.
